Returning items is really simple, if you are dissatisfied with the items/s you have purchased we will refund the cost of any items returned, provided they are in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and shipped to us within 2 days of having been received (including day of delivery). Tracking will provide precise delivery date.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free return shipping, there will be a $10.00 fee to cover the cost of the return. This will be deducted from your refund. Returns can be dropped off at our store located at: 939 River Ave. Lakewood NJ 08701. 

For all in store pick-up orders made online, Once notified that order is ready for pickup, customers will have two days (including day of notification) to make a return. An exchange or store credit can be made the following day as well. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused & with tags. Please note, any discounted item is final sale and is not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Accessories are not eligible for returns. Items that are on sale are not eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges for orders made online unless it's an in-store pickup. Instead we suggest you return your item to us as per the guidance above and place a new order for your desired item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
